Fluid, intentional, mindful
Yoga Classes:

Our signature blend of sweat and stretch. Flow through creative vinyasa flows that transition into longer-held yin postures. It’s a full-body experience balancing energy, flexibility, and calibration.

Ground into your body and invite your inner light to shine! Vinyasa Flow links breath and movement, building resilience, awareness, and calm. Variations are always offered to meet you right where you are.

Level 2 flow designed to strengthen body and mind. Strong vinyasa sequencing prepares you for peak poses. We recommend a few flow or vin to yin classes before attending for your safety and enjoyment.

A condensed version of Hot Flow. Breath, movement, and energy meet for a fast, full-body practice that builds strength and calm under an hour.

A dialed-down flow practice perfect for fine-tuning transitions and building core strength. This class leaves you feeling rejuvenated in mind, body, and spirit.

Quiet, supportive, grounding
Yoga Classes:

A fully supported practice using props to relax the body and nervous system. Perfect for all ages and abilities. This is yoga for stillness, healing, and deep rest.

This beginner-friendly class is perfect for releasing tension and tuning into your breath. You might be on your feet for a bit during class, but it’s mostly floor-based.

Meet yourself on the mat at a softer pace, and take your time connecting with each posture. Expect to explore breathwork and a mix of both resting and standing shapes that stabilize, mobilize, and create space.

A slow, meditative style targeting deep connective tissue, bones, joints, and fascia. Deep stretches are held for several minutes to cultivate stillness, stretch, and balance energy through acupressure points.

Melt into slow stretching and myofascial release. All levels are welcome. Unwind tension and release tightness from the inside out.

Strength Classes:

The RADYO Core Fusion method blends cardio and functional movement with pulsing to the beat and deep core activation to build full-body strength from the inside out. Using light handweights, bands, sliders, and stability balls, we target smaller stabilizing muscles and create serious heat through controlled, intentional reps – all set to a seriously fun, upbeat playlist!

Meet strength training, the Radiance way
Sculpt is our most strength-forward class, blending yoga-inspired sequencing with compound moves to build real, functional strength. Expect heavier weights and a focus on stability and control that leaves you feeling strong, empowered, and capable.

A heated, high energy Pilates flow blending classic and contemporary techniques to sculpt, strengthen the core, and build endurance.

A full-body Pilates-based strength class to build lean muscle, stability, and total-body strength.

FAQ About Our Studio

Our New Student Special is the best way to explore the studio. Enjoy three weeks of unlimited classes for $60. Perfect for trying different styles, teachers, and room temperatures. If you are new to Radiance, be sure to grab this deal.

A yoga mat. (We have mats available for rent if you forget yours.)
A water bottle.
An open mind and a willingness to explore. -
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and offers good coverage. Yoga is practiced barefoot. Shoes are not worn in the studio. Please leave them in one of our cubbies along with your belongings.

Arrive ten to fifteen minutes early to check in and get settled. Classes can fill up, so we recommend registering in advance.
Our classes range from gentle and slow, to strong and flow-based. Not sure where to start? Just ask. We’re happy to help you choose. You can view detailed class descriptions online or contact us with any questions.
New to yoga? You’re in the right place. We welcome all levels and offer a supportive, non-intimidating environment. Beginner-friendly favorites include Slow Stretch, Gentle, and Slow Flow.

Be mindful of other classes and keep voices low before and after class.
Silence your phone and store it with your belongings. If possible, leave it in the car.
If you need to leave early, let the teacher know before class begins.

If you have pre-registered, we will do our best to hold your spot. For safety, the front door locks once class begins. If you are not checked in when class starts, your spot may be released to another student.
