Studio Policies

To keep Radiance a calm, inspiring space for everyone, here’s what you should know:

Arrive on time
Doors open 15 minutes before class. Late arrivals may not be admitted.

Phones and personal items
Silence your phone and store your belongings in the designated areas. Your practice deserves your full attention.

Respect the space
This is a place for mindfulness, movement, and self-care. Please be considerate of everyone sharing it with you.

Clean mats and props
If you borrow studio props, wipe them down after class. We love keeping the space fresh for everyone.

Wait-List

Here’s how our waitlist works (updated Feb 1, 2026):

If a spot opens up, students are automatically added to class in order, up until 30 minutes before class begins. You can always check your position on the waitlist in the Momence app.

If you’re moved into class, our regular cancellation policy applies:

• Late cancellations (within 4 hours) result in the loss of your class credit + a $10 fee for unlimited members

• No-shows incur a $15 fee + loss of credit

If you’re unsure you’ll be able to attend, we appreciate you removing yourself from the waitlist ahead of time so another student can take class.

We’ll email you if you’re added to class. And you won't be charged unless you have a confirmed spot.

Running a Few Minutes Late?

If you’ve pre-registered, we’ll do our best to save your spot.

For safety, the front door locks once class begins. If you’re not checked in when class starts, your spot may be given to another student.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens. Here’s how we handle cancellations:

  • Cancel at least 4 hours before class to avoid fees.

  • Late cancellations within 4 hours result in the loss of your class credit. Unlimited members may incur a $10 fee.

  • No-shows incur a $15 fee for unlimited members, automatically charged 24-hours after the missed reservation. Class pack holders lose their credit.

You can manage your bookings anytime via the Momence App. Check the schedule online or download the app from Apple or Google Play.

Workshops and special events
Cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a credit or refund.

Memberships and class packs
Credits expire 6 months from activation. Refunds are not available and credits are non-transferable.

Freeze and Cancel Memberships
We can pause auto-renewing memberships once per calendar year for up to 90 days. Just send us an email with your dates!

Photo and Video Policy

We love capturing the Radiance vibe from time to time. Your privacy is always our priority.

  • We won’t share identifiable faces without permission.

  • We may share silhouettes, group shots, or cropped images where participants aren’t identifiable.

  • If you’d like to opt out completely, just let your teacher know before class.

Our goal is always to highlight the beauty of practice while respecting everyone’s comfort.
