Did you know that the average teacher spends hundreds of dollars out of their own pocket every year to make sure their students have what they need?

As summer begins to wind down, we wanted to find a way to support the people who give so much of themselves caring for our community. So we're partnering with Shift_ed to host a special class that's about a whole lot more than yoga.

Join us for a FREE Hot Flow at noon benefiting the Guilford County Schools Teacher Supply Warehouse!  Instead of paying for class, we're asking everyone to bring new school supplies to donate.

Whether you're a teacher, a parent, or simply someone who wants to help local students start the year with what they need, we'd love your help easing that load and supporting local educators before the school year begins.

All levels are welcome. Come move, connect, and give back!
